Our Presenter

Dr Jennifer Neoh is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Victoria. She undertakes Single Expert Witness reports for Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Western Australia however her practice has more recently evolved into providing her immersion RIFT therapy to families all over Australia.

Dr Neoh has a number of publications on her research on Family Law issues including children’s perspective on shared equal time care and sexual abuse allegations in family law litigation. She presents widely on family law topics specialising in familicide, violence and risk assessment, sexual abuse allegations, psychopathology, childhood development, psychometric testing, family report writer training and the RIFT family therapy model.  

Dr Neoh is the secretary of the Australian Chapter of AFCC. She has passion and committment to improving family law practices and supporting practitioners in this most difficult and challenging work.
