On 10 September, 2020, Her Honour Judge Jill Moss and Rachel Lohrey their experiences, applicable to both Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions, of mandating the use of parenting programmes such as OurFamilyWizard, with parties who are going through Family Court jurisdiction processes, including hearings, or, where parties have come to the end of final orders.

Her Honour Judge Jill Moss is one of New Zealand's longest-serving District Court judges, having served served as a Family Court Judge for 25 years.
Rachel Lohrey is a Barrister in Palmerston North specialising in Family Law and Mediation. She has a Master’s Degree from Otago University and has been on the Court approved Lawyer for Child and Counsel to Assist list since 1996. Rachel has been conducting meditations in family related disputes since 2010. She has a particular interest in resolving disputes though collaborative means and in the restoration and maintenance of relationships both during and following litigation.
